I'm doing good

I have this image of the diet scale following me around and checking up on me, but I haven't cheated on my diet and I can tell it.

They had birthday cake at work yesterday and I didn't even participate. Last time I would go ahead and get a piece and bring it home and freeze it until my diet was over. This time I didn't even do that.
