I went to water aerobics again
One of the things she had us do was tie one of those noodles in a knot and then put our foot in it and lift it up and down in the water. She was rougher than the last one. It was really a work out. I feel really good now, except for one shoulder which hurts. We had to push the noodle down in the water and back up slowly working our arm and shoulder mussels.
