I was really off my diet yesterday

I visited with family and ate more than I should have. I didn't feel good about it, but the scale wasn't there to keep an eye on me ;-) They had pies, cakes and way too much stuff that I liked. The really bad thing is that I ate something before I went, because I didn't intend to eat there.
