Today's Sunday School

One thing we noticed about this passage was that it has "because of their faith", so our own faith can be a help to someone else. Sometimes our faith, encouragement and actions can be the thing that helps them past a hard point in life. Not just that because Jesus does come into the picture. Even the guys who brought the paralyzed man were not trying to heal him themselves.

Sometimes we are one of those people who can help someone else who can't help themself. You can pray for them and help them with the things that they can't at that time do for themselves.
and sometimes... yes sometimes.... we are the one on the stretcher who has become weak or paralyzed and are depending on others to help us to reach Jesus to get the healing that we need.

We need to help each other through the hard times.
