Cleaning House
I've been working on my house and I have to say it's coming along. I still have a lot to do. I really let things go when I was sick (by the way I'm still coughing, but I'm much better)
It's way past my bedtime, so I guess I better hit the sack.

I work out every night before bed. It's the only time I have....your body just gets used to it.
I've lost 5 lbs since Monday. A pound a day so far. I've cut out the cokes and candy bars and I'm walking and using the stairs more.
What are you holding in your right hand?

al - It was a cleaning rag, but I changed it to some spray ;-)
