Okay I didn't quite make it
I have been doing good on my diet and I've lost 8lbs since late Monday, but today was rather stressful at work.
Anyway I'm just going to keep watching my weight. I'm still on target to reach my goal. I have an excel spreadsheet with my goal for each day on it and so far so good.
I guess that tomorrow the scale will tell me how much that little detour off my diet cost me.
